Return and Exchange Policy

Return Guidelines for Bridal Gowns:
We are honored to be a part of your wedding day. However, sometimes a gown may not feel like “the perfect match.” We understand this and aim to help you find the dress of your dreams. We offer a flexible return policy for our gowns, provided the following guidelines are followed:

Final Sale Items:
Products sold under Final Sale, Sample Sale, Clearance Sale, or at any discount (e.g., 70%) are not eligible for returns or exchanges. These items are considered final sale at the time of purchase, and by completing the purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these conditions. All sales under these terms are final and binding.

Step 1:
You must contact us via email within 24 hours of signing for the delivery of your gown or accessories.
(Note: The 24-hour timeframe only applies to notifying us of your intent to return/exchange the item. Details about shipping the gown back to us will be discussed in Step 2 below.)

Please include the following information in your email:
• Your Name
• Gown or Accessory Listing Number
• Tracking Number for your gown or accessories
• Reason for return
• Contact Phone Number

If we do not hear from you within 24 hours of receiving your wedding gown, we will consider the gown satisfactory, and no refunds or returns will be accepted. All sales are final after 24 hours unless a Return Authorization Number (RA#) has been issued by us.

Step 2:
We will respond to your request within 24 hours and issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#). If you do not hear from us during this time, it means we did not receive your email.

Step 3:
Once you’ve received your RA#, ship the gown back to us. You are responsible for the return shipping costs and full insurance charges. When shipping your gown or accessories, include the RA# on the outside of the box.
• For Turkey Customers: Gowns must arrive within 6 days of receiving your RA#.
• For International Customers: Gowns or accessories must arrive within 10 days of receiving your RA#.

Gowns or accessories arriving outside the stated timeframe or without the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the box will be refused and returned to the sender without a refund.

Step 4:
All refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.

Refund Requirements:
To qualify for a refund, all gowns must be returned in the original condition as shipped. There must be no signs of wear, tear, stains, alterations, or damage. After your gown or accessory passes our inspection, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price of the gown, minus any discounts, shipping/customs charges, and a 5% restocking fee (minimum $85/maximum $250). All refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Refunds will not be issued for items refused, returned to the sender, or marked undeliverable and are subject to administrative fees in addition to our restocking fee.

Return Guidelines for Non-Bridal Gown Purchases:
Accessories such as cocktail dresses, eveningwear, bridal belts, capes, veils, jewelry, hair accessories, and bridal shower robes are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit. Notification of a return must be submitted according to the Return Policy outlined above.

Return Guidelines for Custom-Made Gowns:
Our Made-to-Order collection offers customization of your gown and design details for an additional fee.
• Gowns with custom changes are not eligible for returns or refunds and are considered final sale at the time of purchase.
• Delivery dates are estimated and not guaranteed.
• Rush fees are non-refundable.
• Made-to-Order gowns without custom changes are eligible for our standard return/exchange policy depending on your purchase method.

Refused Deliveries:
Refunds for the product cost and shipping charges are non-refundable for undelivered packages or refused deliveries. This includes:
• Shipments returned due to non-existent addresses,
• Packages marked undelivered by the courier,
• Unpaid duties or taxes assessed by your country’s customs/import office,
• Items confiscated by customs for lack of payment.

Only orders that comply with the Return & Exchange policy outlined above will qualify for a return or exchange. BEGÜM BRIDAL DESIGN HOUSE does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event of lost, stolen, or mishandled returned packages.

Legal Notice:
All returns are processed under these terms and policies. By completing a purchase, the buyer agrees to these conditions, and the sale is deemed final and binding. BEGÜM BRIDAL DESIGN HOUSE reserves the right to update or modify these policies without prior notice.
